What to include

• If you are reporting a wrong price or a missing game: the game slug from our URL (e.g. phonopolis from /en/game/phonopolis/) and a screenshot if possible.
• If you are a developer or publisher asking about affiliation: which stores you sell through, your typical commission, and the affiliate platform you use (Awin, Impact, CJ, direct).
• If you are a journalist or researcher: feel free to use any data point we publish — attribution to snipe.deals is appreciated but not required.

Response time

We answer within 3 business days. Snipe Deals is a side project; we are not a 24/7 helpdesk, but we read everything.

What we cannot help with

• Refunds — those go through the store you bought from.
• Steam / Epic / GOG account issues — contact the store support.
• Key activation problems — contact the store you bought the key from.
