Who we are

The website snipe.deals is operated by an individual (titularity to be disclosed in the legal notice once finalised). Contact: [email protected].

What data we collect

Snipe Deals is a static site with minimal data collection.

• Cloudflare Analytics (server-side, no cookies): aggregated, anonymous metrics — page views, country, referrer. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected. Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Cloudflare technical cookies: __cf_bm (bot management, ~30 min). These are essential security cookies; no consent banner needed under EU ePrivacy rules.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent, request path. Retained for 14 days for security/abuse mitigation. No further processing.

What we do NOT collect

• No tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
• No email subscriptions or account system.
• No third-party advertising trackers (yet).

If/when AdSense or affiliate links are added

This page will be updated 14 days before any change. AdSense uses cookies for personalised ads unless you opt out; affiliate links use first-party redirects without third-party tracking pixels.

Your rights (GDPR)

EU users have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port their personal data, and to object to processing. Since we do not collect PII, most of these do not apply — but if you believe we have collected something we should not have, email [email protected] and we will act within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are being violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local DPA.
