Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-24 — v0.1. Working draft. A reviewed legal version will replace it.
Use of the service
Snipe Deals is a free price discovery tool for PC games. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may also reference our published prices in journalism, research or commentary; attribution to snipe.deals is appreciated.
Prices are orientative
The prices shown on Snipe Deals are aggregated from third-party stores via the public CheapShark API and updated every 24 hours. They are orientative. The final price at checkout is determined by the store, in your local currency, and may differ from what we show. Always verify the price at the store before purchasing.
No warranties
We provide the service "as is", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for stock-outs, region-locks, key-activation failures, refunds, or any issue with a store. Those are between you and the store.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snipe Deals and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Third-party trademarks
Steam, Epic Games, GOG, Humble Bundle, Fanatical and other store names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Snipe Deals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
Affiliate disclosure
Snipe Deals may, in the future, include affiliate links — links to stores where we earn a small commission if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate status is currently not active. When activated, every affiliate link will be marked and disclosed in this section and in the footer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the last update. Material changes (e.g. enabling affiliation or AdSense) will be highlighted 14 days in advance.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of the operator place of residence.
